Three Pillars: Technical, Content, Authority
Good SEO stands on three pillars. First, the technical side: load speed, clean structure, mobile rendering, indexable pages. As a developer I fix these things in the code myself instead of handing you a list of issues nobody ever implements.
Second, content: pages that actually answer what people search for. I research what your customers type into Google and build pages that deliver exactly that. No bloated filler text written for a crawler, but content a real person wants to read.
Third, authority: Google trusts sites that other relevant sites link to. Without this third pillar, plenty of technically perfect sites stay invisible. That's why link building is a fixed part of my monthly SEO services.
Link Building as a Standalone Service
Backlinks are the part of SEO most agencies either skip or fake with spammy directories. Both are useless. I build links deliberately: topically relevant sites in your industry, real publications, niche portals, partner pages. Every link gets vetted first, and you see the full list.
What I don't do: bought link packages from networks, comment spam, worthless directories. Links like that risk penalties and end up costing you rankings instead of earning them.
You can also book link building as a standalone package without the full monthly service. That makes sense when your site is already solid technically and content-wise but lacks authority. Pricing depends on the number and quality of links, usually in the mid three-figure range per month.

It starts with an audit: I review your site's technical setup, content and link profile, then tell you honestly where you stand and what will move the needle most. That becomes a plan with clear priorities, not a hundred-item list nobody knows where to start with.
From there I work through the plan month by month: technical fixes, new or reworked pages, link building. Once a month you get a short report in plain language. What got done, how visibility and inquiries are developing, what's next.

Get Found Locally with Google Business Profile
If your customers are local, your Google Business Profile often matters more than your website. The map pack with three local results sits at the top of many searches. If you're not in it, you don't exist for a lot of searchers.
I set up your profile properly or clean up the one you have: correct categories, complete service listings, good photos, regular posts. On top of that, a simple process to collect more genuine reviews from happy customers. Reviews are the strongest lever in local rankings.
The most common mistake I see: profile created once, never touched again. Google rewards active profiles. That's why ongoing profile maintenance is part of the monthly service.
SEO services: what happens in the first three months
SEO services are not magic, they are steady work in a fixed order. Month one is technical: load time, clean structure, titles and descriptions, so Google can properly read the site at all. Without that foundation every text evaporates.
Month two is content. Every important page gets one clear topic, real search terms in its headings, and answers to the questions your customers actually google. That is the part of SEO optimization you cannot shortcut, and the reason serious work takes months, not weeks.
From month three on we measure and sharpen: which terms sit on position four to ten and deserve a push, where people see you but do not click, which page is still missing. A big SEO agency sells you a dashboard for that. I send you a report you understand in five minutes, plus the list of what I will do next month.
And to keep expectations honest: nobody can guarantee rankings, me included. What I can guarantee is the work that demonstrably leads there, and numbers instead of feelings in every report.
